Our production chain follows a specific order to produce a quality sawdust and a very precise calibration.
In addition, our production system makes it possible to recover around 100% of the raw material received. This material would be waste wood without this upgrading.
First of all, the sawdust arrives as a raw material, it is the waste of the softwood sawn upstream at our suppliers. The wood is at this moment of the process wet and mixed. At this stage we carry out a first control in order to gauge the quality before the start of production. Our wood will then go through several stages of drying, sieving, control in order to produce the desired product (wood litter, wood flour, industrial sawdust).
Regular checks and random precise checks allow to obtain a high quality of sawdust. At the end of each step, the finished product is packaged. The scrap is sent back to the production line for the production of another type of product. Thus we upgrade the sawdust to the maximum to have a tiny loss.
The drying stage is crucial. It allows us to obtain sawdust adapted to its final function (high absorption rate, integration with other products, etc.). As far as the fireproof sawdust is concerned, it will go through another stage, which is core fireproofing in order to guarantee optimal performance.
The last step in the production chain is the packaging of our sawdust. Here, depending on the product and the customer’s wishes, we can pack it in bags, in big bags or in bulk. Finally, to guarantee our sawdust, we entrust the independent EUROFINS laboratories with the task of testing our products.
